Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, operations support, or process support role.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or field service environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/service platforms.
- Experience developing/maintaining SOPs and controlled documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Support document control efforts including version tracking and distribution.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate updates.
- Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and generate reports.
- Prepare and deliver process and software training materials.
- Coordinate training sessions including scheduling and tracking attendance.
- Support change management activities and process rollouts.
- Track KPIs related to process compliance and documentation currency.
