Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, operations support, or process support role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or field service environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/service platforms.
  • Experience developing/maintaining SOPs and controlled documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
  • Support document control efforts including version tracking and distribution.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate updates.
  • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and generate reports.
  • Prepare and deliver process and software training materials.
  • Coordinate training sessions including scheduling and tracking attendance.
  • Support change management activities and process rollouts.
  • Track KPIs related to process compliance and documentation currency.
