  • Previous experience in guest services, reservations, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Ability to show empathy, exhibit patience, and have a customer-centric mindset.
  • Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Internet speed minimum 30mbps (wired connection).
  • Hardware: i5 11th Gen or higher, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11/MacOS Catalina or higher.
  • Private and quiet home office area.
  • Back-ups for power or internet interruptions.
  • Quality headset and webcam.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and OTA messaging.
  • Provide accurate information regarding bookings, services, and policies.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
  • Assist with booking and reservation sales.
  • Manage guest reviews on OTAs.
  • Coordinate with property managers and owners to fulfill guest requests.
  • Maintain guest communication templates and FAQs.
  • Liaise with vendors for property maintenance tasks.
  • Perform data entry for PMS and listing platforms.
  • Manage calendars and inboxes.
