- Previous experience in guest services, reservations, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
- Ability to show empathy, exhibit patience, and have a customer-centric mindset.
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps (wired connection).
- Hardware: i5 11th Gen or higher, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11/MacOS Catalina or higher.
- Private and quiet home office area.
- Back-ups for power or internet interruptions.
- Quality headset and webcam.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and OTA messaging.
- Provide accurate information regarding bookings, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
- Assist with booking and reservation sales.
- Manage guest reviews on OTAs.
- Coordinate with property managers and owners to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain guest communication templates and FAQs.
- Liaise with vendors for property maintenance tasks.
- Perform data entry for PMS and listing platforms.
- Manage calendars and inboxes.
