Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain responsive in real-time.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Breezeway, Asana, Notion, Hostaway, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Internet speed minimum 30mbps (Wired).
  • Hardware: i5 11th Gen or higher, minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Operating System: Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher.
  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
  • Possession of back-ups for power or internet provider interruptions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all guest messages within 5 minutes.
  • Monitor all guest communication channels including email, texts, and phone calls.
  • Deliver clear, professional, and brand-aligned communication.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to resolve guest concerns.
  • Request, track, and confirm guest payments for cleaning, pets, and holds.
  • Maintain calendar availability and property status updates.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews.
  • Perform administrative support tasks in leasing, listings, finance, or marketing as assigned.
