Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service.
- Strong written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain responsive in real-time.
- Familiarity with tools such as Breezeway, Asana, Notion, Hostaway, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps (Wired).
- Hardware: i5 11th Gen or higher, minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Operating System: Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
- Possession of back-ups for power or internet provider interruptions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all guest messages within 5 minutes.
- Monitor all guest communication channels including email, texts, and phone calls.
- Deliver clear, professional, and brand-aligned communication.
- Coordinate with internal team members to resolve guest concerns.
- Request, track, and confirm guest payments for cleaning, pets, and holds.
- Maintain calendar availability and property status updates.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews.
- Perform administrative support tasks in leasing, listings, finance, or marketing as assigned.
