Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading digital projects/programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of agency/consultancy experience.
- Deep expertise in CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, and Salesforce products.
- Proven track record in enterprise-wide digital transformations.
- Experience managing global, distributed teams.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Expert-level knowledge of Smartsheet and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong financial acumen and experience with contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) required.
- Scaling Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe SPC) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead one large program or multiple small programs.
- Consult on delivery strategies, frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Oversee and manage detailed project plans.
- Proactively manage program/project budgets, burn, and velocity.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure delivery success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for status and relationship management.
- Manage scope, change orders, and estimations.
- Support business development in estimating and pitching new work.
- Lead and manage resourcing for globally distributed cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members.
