Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10–12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
  • 5–6+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale delivery programs.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets between $2M–$5M.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 15+ members.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and application lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical teams and senior client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing delivery roles within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and escalation management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage and mentor delivery teams, including subordinate leaders and cross-functional professionals.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, managing expectations and strengthening long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee program financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal workload distribution and schedule adherence.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks, escalations, and operational roadblocks.
  • Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant delivery of services.
