Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10–12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
- 5–6+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale delivery programs.
- Proven experience managing project budgets between $2M–$5M.
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ members.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and application lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical teams and senior client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing delivery roles within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and escalation management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage and mentor delivery teams, including subordinate leaders and cross-functional professionals.
- Serve as the primary client interface, managing expectations and strengthening long-term client relationships.
- Oversee program financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal workload distribution and schedule adherence.
- Identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks, escalations, and operational roadblocks.
- Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant delivery of services.
