Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or subscription businesses.
- Proven track record of owning strategy and delivering impact on complex technical products.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI or ML-powered features in production.
- Strong customer empathy and experience using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Experience managing product strategy across multiple workstreams.
- Proven ability to tie product decisions to business outcomes like revenue and retention.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-growing environments.
- Proficiency in metrics, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed prioritization.
- Experience with Agile development practices.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the Merchant Growth pillar to drive onboarding, incentives, and retention.
- Ship AI as a foundational capability, including intelligent automation and personalization.
- Advocate for experience-first product design in merchant-facing workflows.
- Operate as a high-visibility product leader with C-suite exposure.
- Define long-term product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams.
- Ground product decisions in customer research and data analytics.
- Own execution from discovery through launch and iteration.
