Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience.
- Experience in HR technology solutions (Recruiting, HCM, LMS, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing account portfolios and securing renewals.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth via cross-sell and upsell.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience building relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers.
- Analytical skills to leverage data for client conversations.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coaching or mentoring others.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and retention through renewals and expansion.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to align solutions with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and represent the voice of the customer.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure value realization and create action plans.
- Manage renewal and expansion opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Monitor customer health to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide strategic insights based on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Introduce new products and features to clients.
- Advocate for customers internally to improve the experience and remove adoption barriers.
