Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Experience in HR technology solutions (Recruiting, HCM, LMS, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing account portfolios and securing renewals.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth via cross-sell and upsell.
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience building relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers.
  • Analytical skills to leverage data for client conversations.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring others.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and retention through renewals and expansion.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure value realization and create action plans.
  • Manage renewal and expansion opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Monitor customer health to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide strategic insights based on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Introduce new products and features to clients.
  • Advocate for customers internally to improve the experience and remove adoption barriers.
