Requirements

- Experience managing government, regulatory, or public health accounts.
- Deep understanding of RFP cycles and public sector stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex software capabilities to non-technical government leaders.
- Self-sufficient and experienced in navigating multi-layered organizations.
- Proven success in churn risk mitigation and relationship management.
- Experience with healthcare compliance, state departments of health, or professional licensing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner for a portfolio of government regulatory boards and state agencies.
- Develop success plans that align technology with agency mandates and public-sector risk management.
- Lead customized training programs for regulators and associations.
- Monitor engagement metrics and translate data into 'State of the Agency' insights.
- Act as lead problem-solver for complex account hurdles.
- Conduct high-level strategic reviews to assess progress and deepen partnerships.
