Requirements

  • Experience managing government, regulatory, or public health accounts.
  • Deep understanding of RFP cycles and public sector stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex software capabilities to non-technical government leaders.
  • Self-sufficient and experienced in navigating multi-layered organizations.
  • Proven success in churn risk mitigation and relationship management.
  • Experience with healthcare compliance, state departments of health, or professional licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner for a portfolio of government regulatory boards and state agencies.
  • Develop success plans that align technology with agency mandates and public-sector risk management.
  • Lead customized training programs for regulators and associations.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and translate data into 'State of the Agency' insights.
  • Act as lead problem-solver for complex account hurdles.
  • Conduct high-level strategic reviews to assess progress and deepen partnerships.
