Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or analytical healthcare operations.
  • Strong project and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to build models, dashboards, and structured recommendations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence senior executives.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and hands-on approach.
  • Master's degree in related field (e.g., MBA or MHA) preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience preferred.
  • Experience working with C-Suite preferred.
  • Experience working in healthcare policy preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify market trends and customer needs to develop new business adjacencies.
  • Evaluate growth and financial trends to expand GTM opportunities.
  • Deliver business cases and value propositions for partnerships and M&A.
  • Support enterprise-wide tech-enablement strategy and AI deployments.
  • Develop innovative alternative payment models to transform national behavioral health delivery.
  • Engage Executive Team to support strategic plan development and annual performance goals.
  • Manage process to maintain consistent performance across major cross-enterprise initiatives and KPIs.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for Board and investor presentations.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
