Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Must be located in the US West Coast / Pacific Time Zone
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently and in teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and escalation point for key client accounts
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings, check-ins, and follow-ups
  • Analyze and synthesize complex client performance data and market trends
  • Oversee cross-functional alignment with internal teams to resolve client challenges
  • Monitor key metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support renewal processes with data and documentation
  • Assist onboarding and implementation teams to ensure smooth client transitions
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to internal documentation and reporting
