Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Must be located in the US West Coast / Pacific Time Zone
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solver with ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently and in teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner and escalation point for key client accounts
- Lead and facilitate client meetings, check-ins, and follow-ups
- Analyze and synthesize complex client performance data and market trends
- Oversee cross-functional alignment with internal teams to resolve client challenges
- Monitor key metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Support renewal processes with data and documentation
- Assist onboarding and implementation teams to ensure smooth client transitions
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Contribute to internal documentation and reporting
