Requirements

- Prior business development experience.
- Proficiency in generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Strong cold calling and outbound emailing skills.
- Experience with prospecting platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, 6Sense).
- Proficiency in CRM and data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and process-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound strategic business development to find potential customers.
- Follow up on inbound leads from marketing activities such as events, webinars, and ads.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Master Precisely's products, services, and sales plays.
- Source contacts using platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and 6Sense.
- Track all interactions and activities in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Engage in 1:1 sessions with management and contribute to team discussions.
- Use generative AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
