Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent education.
  • Prior business development experience.
  • Proficiency in generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • Strong cold calling and outbound emailing skills.
  • Experience with prospecting platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, 6Sense).
  • Proficiency in CRM and data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and process-driven.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound strategic business development to find potential customers.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing activities such as events, webinars, and ads.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Master Precisely's products, services, and sales plays.
  • Source contacts using platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and 6Sense.
  • Track all interactions and activities in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Engage in 1:1 sessions with management and contribute to team discussions.
  • Use generative AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
