Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in law, business, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, legal services, consulting, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of originating new business and expanding high-value client relationships.
- Strong understanding of litigation, dispute resolution, or broader legal industry dynamics.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage client engagement and opportunity scoping to align litigation-related needs with structured advisory and service solutions.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities across legal, consulting, and expert service offerings.
- Expand and deepen existing client relationships through cross-service selling, strategic account development, and long-term engagement planning.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal consultants, experts, and sales teams to shape proposals, pricing strategies, and pursuit messaging.
- Guide clients through solution design discussions, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain accurate tracking of opportunity pipelines, engagement progression, and conversion outcomes within CRM systems.
