Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, legal services, consulting, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of originating new business and expanding high-value client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of litigation, dispute resolution, or broader legal industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead early-stage client engagement and opportunity scoping to align litigation-related needs with structured advisory and service solutions.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities across legal, consulting, and expert service offerings.
  • Expand and deepen existing client relationships through cross-service selling, strategic account development, and long-term engagement planning.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants, experts, and sales teams to shape proposals, pricing strategies, and pursuit messaging.
  • Guide clients through solution design discussions, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of opportunity pipelines, engagement progression, and conversion outcomes within CRM systems.
