Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Reporting, or related functions.
- 7+ years of experience with CRM and BI Reporting tools.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership through data and operational rigor.
- Deep experience in SaaS forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning.
- Expertise in territory design, quota setting, and compensation administration.
- Comprehensive understanding of Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance metrics in a SaaS / Subscription-software environment.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in written communication and presentation development.
- Ability to work with little or no oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead key operations functions for GTM, Post Sales, Marketing and Strategic Initiatives.
- Partner with GTM Leadership to understand business needs and align roadmap.
- Design and optimize the GTM reporting suite for clarity and decision-making.
- Own executive operating cadences including forecast and pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
- Lead annual and in-year GTM planning (capacity, territory, quota, compensation).
- Own executive and board-level reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate and scale reporting using Agentic AI.
- Develop long-term Reporting and Insights strategy and hiring plan.
- Partner with GTM Systems leadership on governance and execution.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to team members.
