Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Reporting, or related functions.
  • 7+ years of experience with CRM and BI Reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to influence executive leadership through data and operational rigor.
  • Deep experience in SaaS forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning.
  • Expertise in territory design, quota setting, and compensation administration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance metrics in a SaaS / Subscription-software environment.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in written communication and presentation development.
  • Ability to work with little or no oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key operations functions for GTM, Post Sales, Marketing and Strategic Initiatives.
  • Partner with GTM Leadership to understand business needs and align roadmap.
  • Design and optimize the GTM reporting suite for clarity and decision-making.
  • Own executive operating cadences including forecast and pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
  • Lead annual and in-year GTM planning (capacity, territory, quota, compensation).
  • Own executive and board-level reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale reporting using Agentic AI.
  • Develop long-term Reporting and Insights strategy and hiring plan.
  • Partner with GTM Systems leadership on governance and execution.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to team members.
