Requirements
- 6+ years experience in Content Operations, Localization Management, or Information Architecture
- Proven experience managing localization across 5+ languages or markets simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs, taxonomies, or terminology databases
- Familiarity with machine-readable content formats (e.g., JSON-LD) and TMS integration
- Demonstrated ability to govern and influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and training skills
- Fluent professional English
- Ability to work pragmatically within an active product roadmap
Responsibilities
- Scale localization frameworks across 5+ markets
- Build and expand localized Term Record Schemas per market
- Convert tone-of-voice guidelines into machine-readable syntax constraints for LLM engines
- Manage human-in-the-loop and AI-first translation workflows
- Bridge engineering and localization pipelines to improve CI/CD linting pass rates
- Lead change management and training workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Resolve content ambiguities through bi-weekly office hours
