Requirements

  • 6+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in a true HRBP role (not HR generalist or PP)
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating at a strategic level
  • Strong background in organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-geography employment environments
  • Confident working with ambiguity and driving decisions without a full playbook
  • Analytically strong — comfortable building a business case and presenting data to leadership
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or equivalent) in daily work
  • Understanding of difference between automation (rule-based) and AI agents
  • Familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business priorities into people strategy across multiple geographies
  • Lead organisational design conversations — restructuring, workforce planning, spans and layers
  • Drive talent strategy: succession planning, critical role identification, and leadership pipeline development
  • Own complex employee relations cases — including senior-level situations, cross-border issues, and cases with legal or reputational implications
  • Partner with the business on change management — restructures, team transitions, culture shifts
  • Define and track people metrics that matter to the business: retention, engagement, performance distribution, headcount efficiency
  • Challenge the status quo — identify systemic people issues and bring solutions, not just observations
  • Collaborate on AI-powered HR transformation, including intelligent process automation and virtual HR tools
  • Ensure compliance with local labour law across UA, MK, NG, and PT, and maintain alignment with GDPR and EU AI Act standards
  • Coach and develop senior managers and team leads on leadership effectiveness and organisational health
