Requirements
- Extensive experience in benefits strategy, total rewards, or compensation & benefits within a multinational or complex regional environment.
- Proven track record in people leadership, team development, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of benefits design, governance, compliance, and financial management across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience working with benefits systems, HR platforms, and people analytics tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, cost drivers, and plan sustainability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives in evolving organizational environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex benefits concepts into clear, employee-friendly messaging.
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed structure.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across global and local stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional benefits strategy across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global Total Rewards frameworks and overall business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a regional benefits team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous capability building.
- Oversee the design, governance, and execution of benefits programs, including time-off policies, ensuring compliance and financial sustainability.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to support benefits delivery, transformation initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Lead annual benefits renewals, including plan design, cost-sharing models, vendor negotiations, and budget planning.
- Use data analytics to monitor cost drivers, assess risks, and identify opportunities to optimize benefits spend and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, internal governance standards, audits, and documentation requirements.
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, standardizing procedures, and ensuring accurate and timely administration of benefits programs.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and global brokers, ensuring performance against KPIs and high-quality employee support.
- Support M&A activities and benchmarking initiatives to ensure competitive and scalable benefits offerings across the region.
