Requirements
- 8+ years in growth, partnerships, marketing, or business development at a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or media company.
- At least 3 years carrying a revenue or traffic number.
- Track record of building a partnership, affiliate, or referral program from zero.
- Experience structuring commission models and negotiating rate cards.
- Operating experience inside a marketing P&L with CPA/LTV knowledge.
- Ability to negotiate agreements from media deals to strategic commitments.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders including PMs, CROs, and executive leadership.
- Strong technical aptitude for managing integrations and collaborating with engineering.
- Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and managing attribution.
- High agency and ability to define and iterate on playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Own the referral pillar's OKRs across four brands.
- Define partnership portfolio strategy and prioritization framework.
- Identify and develop a diversified portfolio of partnership types.
- Source, evaluate, and structure deals including media buys and rev-share models.
- Negotiate and manage end-to-end partnership agreements.
- Build operating infrastructure for partner management and attribution.
- Drive scalable onboarding and enablement for partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering.
- Establish referral performance dashboards and reporting cadences.
- Lead and scale a partnership team.
