Requirements

- 10 years of experience implementing high-quality instructional materials.
- Expertise in mathematics or English Language Arts/Literacy.
- Knowledge of national standards and teaching methods.
- Superb facilitation and coaching skills.
- Strong content development and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups.
- Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience as a director-level school district leader or building principal.
- Must be based in a Western U.S. state with ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert consultant and main point of contact for district and school partners.
- Drive partnerships from launch through achievement of deliverables.
- Develop and track project action steps and manage project plans.
- Facilitate engaging, high-impact professional learning and coaching services.
- Prepare for and facilitate professional learning and one-on-one sessions.
- Develop custom tools and resources to support partner needs.
- Develop and refine program materials and professional learning sessions.
- Lead discussions with prospective and existing partners.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute measurement and evaluation plans.
