Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience leading and developing Statewide Transportation Systems, Planning and Design projects.
  • Hold a current Professional Engineering license.
  • Aviation or Airfield Planning/Design Subject Matter Expertise.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of FAA Planning and Design Advisory Circulars.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong overarching business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Aviation Market Director and staff nationally to deliver goals.
  • Develop pipeline of new and existing business/contract opportunities throughout the US.
  • Drive partnerships with other consultants in the aviation industry.
  • Guide practice growth based on emerging trends, technologies, policies, and funding.
  • Maintain thought-leader/Subject Matter Expert profile.
  • Guide collaboration between Project Managers and technical teams.
  • Manage and forecast metrics including P&L, Sales, Net Revenue, and Utilization.
  • Lead shortlist presentations and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Provide quality reviews of project documentation and deliverables.
