Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience leading and developing Statewide Transportation Systems, Planning and Design projects.
- Hold a current Professional Engineering license.
- Aviation or Airfield Planning/Design Subject Matter Expertise.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of FAA Planning and Design Advisory Circulars.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
- Strong overarching business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Aviation Market Director and staff nationally to deliver goals.
- Develop pipeline of new and existing business/contract opportunities throughout the US.
- Drive partnerships with other consultants in the aviation industry.
- Guide practice growth based on emerging trends, technologies, policies, and funding.
- Maintain thought-leader/Subject Matter Expert profile.
- Guide collaboration between Project Managers and technical teams.
- Manage and forecast metrics including P&L, Sales, Net Revenue, and Utilization.
- Lead shortlist presentations and participate in contract negotiations.
- Provide quality reviews of project documentation and deliverables.
