Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT/technical/software recruitment or professional services sales.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting KPIs and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business development experience, specifically into enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Ability to sell both technical services and software solutions.
  • Confidence in communicating with senior clients and technical candidates.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, phone-based networking, and email outreach.
  • Understanding of commercial models (day rates, margins, contract/permanent recruitment).
  • Desire to focus on AI, enterprise software, and solution sales.
  • Experience with IBM Maximo, EAM, or enterprise systems is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target companies using IBM Maximo, MAS, EAM, and CMMS platforms.
  • Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, and procurement teams to develop enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline for AI software, analytics, and managed services.
  • Source, qualify, and manage a network of specialist IBM Maximo consultants.
  • Match technical profiles to client requirements and present to customers.
  • Support marketing campaigns and lead generation through LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales and recruitment activity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies.
