Requirements

  • Proven success selling consulting services, agency services, or high-ticket B2B services
  • Experience selling into eCommerce brands or consumer product companies preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Experience working with international clients or global businesses

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects to understand their business and growth challenges
  • Present consulting solutions and guide prospects through the decision-making process
  • Handle common sales objections such as budget concerns, existing agency relationships, and timing
  • Close consulting engagements and guide clients through onboarding
  • Consistently follow up with leads via email, text, social media and LinkedIn to maintain momentum through the pipeline
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for your client portfolio
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to assess satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, generate referrals and strengthen retention
  • Document pipeline activity, call notes, and client interactions in CRM
