Requirements

  • 5-10+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Education industry roles.
  • Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese (written and verbal).
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience in analyzing data and sales statistics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence at a senior executive level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all media.
  • Experience in leading sales and GTM technology (Salesforce.com experience an asset).
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Background in Education, FinTech, or Treasury preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on Convera tools.
  • Act as main point of contact for all FX Transactions and Value-Add Payment activities.
  • Develop relationships with Decision Makers and Influencers.
  • Identify new market and strategic expansion opportunities to exceed portfolio revenue targets.
  • Develop a strategic plan for assigned portfolio to maintain service and achieve annual growth.
  • Enhance brand awareness through effective communication and presentations.
  • Act as an escalation point for existing customer issues.
  • Create account management strategies to facilitate deals.
  • Responsible for new business opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship to the team in identifying and developing new business.
