Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries through email, live chat, social media, and other digital communication channels.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions maintaining brand voice.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and administrative tasks.
  • Resolve customer issues with ownership and accountability.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback.
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Retail teams.
