Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through email, live chat, social media, and other digital communication channels.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions maintaining brand voice.
- Process customer orders, returns, and administrative tasks.
- Resolve customer issues with ownership and accountability.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with Operations and Retail teams.
- Consistently achieve team performance goals, service standards, and productivity targets.
