Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in contract administration, customer operations, billing, or support.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience with DocuSign.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle objection.
  • Experience with recurring revenue (RMR) models preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer contracts from initiation through execution.
  • Drive contract completion through daily outbound outreach (email and phone).
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting integrity within Salesforce.
  • Manage contract data and master tracking sheets in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Ensure contracts align with billing and recurring revenue operations.
  • Support collections efforts and log activity.
  • Ensure AutoPay enrollment and track compliance.
  • Deliver daily reports on outreach activity and contract metrics.
