Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in contract administration, customer operations, billing, or support.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Experience with DocuSign.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle objection.
- Experience with recurring revenue (RMR) models preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Own customer contracts from initiation through execution.
- Drive contract completion through daily outbound outreach (email and phone).
- Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting integrity within Salesforce.
- Manage contract data and master tracking sheets in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Ensure contracts align with billing and recurring revenue operations.
- Support collections efforts and log activity.
- Ensure AutoPay enrollment and track compliance.
- Deliver daily reports on outreach activity and contract metrics.
