Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, process design, or workflow modeling.
- Demonstrable experience documenting end-to-end business processes, process maps, and flow diagrams.
- Strong written, presentation, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business activities into logical decision frameworks.
- Aptitude for applying AI-augmented technologies to improve sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to sales teams including triage and resolution of sales operations cases.
- Identify process variations and translate tribal knowledge into standardized, repeatable SOPs.
- Create high-fidelity flowcharts and diagrams to visualize current and future state sales workflows.
- Define 'if/then' logic gates and decision frameworks for process orchestration.
- Design logic for automated quality checks to replace manual data-entry tasks.
- Maintain the internal knowledge base, taxonomy, and SOP documentation governance.
- Provide execution-ready blueprints that enable scalable automation and AI-powered assistants.
