  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business activities into logical decision frameworks.
  • Aptitude for applying AI-augmented technologies to improve sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to sales teams including triage and resolution of sales operations cases.
  • Identify process variations and translate tribal knowledge into standardized, repeatable SOPs.
  • Create high-fidelity flowcharts and diagrams to visualize current and future state sales workflows.
  • Define 'if/then' logic gates and decision frameworks for process orchestration.
  • Design logic for automated quality checks to replace manual data-entry tasks.
  • Maintain the internal knowledge base, taxonomy, and SOP documentation governance.
  • Provide execution-ready blueprints that enable scalable automation and AI-powered assistants.
