Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of closing experience in B2B or high-ticket B2C sales.
- Proven track record closing $3k – $20k USD ticket size deals.
- Clear English and confident communication skills for phone/video calls.
- Experience managing personal sales quotas.
- Experience with project coordination or operations.
- CRM mastery (Zoho preferred, HubSpot or Salesforce accepted).
- AI-forward mindset (competency in ChatGPT/Claude).
- Self-sufficient troubleshooting ability.
- High accountability and strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work in Australian business hours.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound commercial leads.
- Conduct discovery calls with commercial buyers.
- Build and present quotes via CRM.
- Handle objections and close deals.
- Maintain a structured follow-up cadence.
- Coordinate site assessments with certified installer network.
- Book installation dates and manage scheduling conflicts.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from quote to invoice.
- Act as the primary customer point of contact.
- Liaise with and quality-check the installer network.
