Requirements
- Experience in resource coordination, workforce planning, or recruitment operations
- Comfortable working US timezone hours (Eastern or Pacific overlap) from the Philippines
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational processes independently
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and follow-through skills
- High attention to detail in workforce tracking and data accuracy
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and operational reporting tools
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Ability to proactively identify operational risks and process gaps
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- High level of accountability and ownership
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming hiring requisitions during US timezone hours
- Conduct bench and resource checks to fulfill demand
- Coordinate operational workflow activities for hiring requests
- Maintain accurate records relating to workforce demand and turnover
- Manage AMER contractor end dates and extension requirements
- Prepare contractor extension documentation
- Track FTC-to-FTE conversion activity
- Prepare weekly demand-versus-capacity summaries
- Produce operational reporting and ad hoc data analysis
- Identify operational risks and contribute to process improvements
