Requirements
- 5+ years in data analysis, analytics, or related roles
- Strong experience working with enterprise data environments
- Proven track record in data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis
- Experience working with technical teams (data engineering, platform teams)
- Advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, complex aggregations)
- Experience working with large datasets in platforms like Databricks, Synapse, or Snowflake
- Strong understanding of data structures, schemas, and transformations
- Familiarity with data pipelines and how data flows across systems
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Perform deep data analysis across large, complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights
- Develop advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Analyze and validate data outputs across systems and reports to ensure accuracy
- Partner with data engineering teams to understand data structures and pipeline logic
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies using root cause analysis
- Design and execute data validation checks
- Maintain data definitions and business rules
- Contribute to data governance standards and documentation
