Responsibilities

  • Provide independent, case-closing telephone advice to existing and prospective customers regarding motor vehicle insurance.
  • Process new applications, vehicle changes, conversions, terminations, and general account updates.
  • Generate insurance offers for composite lines directly during customer consultations.
  • Arrange pension consultation appointments for customers within the service flow.
  • Perform precise real-time entry and updates of customer accounts and case notes.
  • Handle and log incoming physical and digital documents accurately and on time.
