- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a construction scheduling or related role
- Proven experience in residential construction scheduling, WA market specifically
- Ability to read and perform takeoffs from building plans
- Strong working knowledge of Buildertrend
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain construction schedules across approximately 15 concurrent residential projects (new builds and renovations)
- Perform takeoffs from building plans to support cost planning and procurement
- Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure schedules are met
- Manage documentation, variations, and progress tracking across projects
- Support the Contracts Administrator with day-to-day administrative and commercial tasks
- Monitor project timelines and flag scheduling risks early
- Assist with invoice processing through internal systems (Tradies App / Buildertrend)
