Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in home staging sales, luxury real estate sales, or a related luxury service.
- Strong understanding of how staging impacts marketability and buyer perception.
- Proven ability to close high-value staging projects.
- Experience working with luxury properties ($5M+) strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management habits.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales environment.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for luxury home staging projects.
- Convert inbound staging inquiries through consultative calls, site visits, and pricing presentations.
- Present staging solutions that position homes for faster sales and higher perceived value in the luxury market.
- Confidently close staging contracts and secure repeat business.
- Proactively generate new staging opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Build relationships with luxury real estate agents, developers, and builders.
- Attend open houses, broker events, and industry functions.
- Assess properties to determine staging scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with internal staging and operations teams.
