Requirements

  • Strong understanding of how staging impacts marketability and buyer perception.
  • Proven ability to close high-value staging projects.
  • Experience working with luxury properties ($5M+) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management habits.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for luxury home staging projects.
  • Convert inbound staging inquiries through consultative calls, site visits, and pricing presentations.
  • Present staging solutions that position homes for faster sales and higher perceived value in the luxury market.
  • Confidently close staging contracts and secure repeat business.
  • Proactively generate new staging opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Build relationships with luxury real estate agents, developers, and builders.
  • Attend open houses, broker events, and industry functions.
  • Assess properties to determine staging scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with internal staging and operations teams.
