Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
- Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or industrial services.
- Proven track record of building and closing pipelines from scratch.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and inbound lead generation.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, data infrastructure, and construction.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Hire and mentor a small team of sales/business development professionals.
- Launch marketing campaigns that communicate telecom and infrastructure solutions.
- Build case studies and client success stories.
- Manage online presence, including LinkedIn, SEO, and website.
- Explore partnerships, industry events, and PR opportunities.
- Define growth targets, establish KPIs, and provide regular reporting.
