Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, data infrastructure, and construction.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Hire and mentor a small team of sales/business development professionals.
  • Launch marketing campaigns that communicate telecom and infrastructure solutions.
  • Build case studies and client success stories.
  • Manage online presence, including LinkedIn, SEO, and website.
  • Explore partnerships, industry events, and PR opportunities.
  • Define growth targets, establish KPIs, and provide regular reporting.
