Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working in the US.
  • Extensive sales hunter experience serving multinational enterprise customers.
  • Strong experience with sales forecasting and metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading senior sales contributors.
  • Experience coaching and driving sales methodologies (MEDDICC experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver significant growth.
  • Skilled in defining processes and KPIs for teams.
  • Strong, decisive and action-oriented leadership style.
  • Ability to communicate and take accountability for decisions.
  • Ability to understand complex IDV discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high growth revenue targets are met from new customer acquisition.
  • Drive key strategy decisions within the executive leadership team.
  • Lead executive relationships and help the team navigate long sales cycles.
  • Lead and mentor the current sales team to create a performance-driven culture.
  • Bring discipline to the sales process to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to offer market-leading solutions.
  • Work with finance to improve revenue forecasting metrics and resource utilization.
  • Develop best practices to rapidly scale the organization.
  • Align with internal stakeholders across markets.
