Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience carrying a sales quota.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling into DTC or ecommerce brands.
  • Experience closing full-cycle deals for platform, software, performance, adtech, or media products.
  • Deep fluency in DTC economics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce tech stacks including Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta, and Google.
  • Ability to build trust and add value to CMOs or VPs of Growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building own playbooks.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Build own pipeline through outbound, agency partners, events, and network.
  • Run discovery and demos while building ROI cases based on incremental revenue.
  • Manage and close high-velocity deals with VPs of Growth, ecommerce leads, or founders.
  • Carry and hit a GMV-based quota.
  • Sell the full product line including targeting and cashback solutions.
  • Support onboarding and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain clean pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot.
  • Contribute product feedback based on customer needs.
  • Refine GTM strategy for new verticals and use cases.
