Requirements
- 5+ years of experience carrying a sales quota.
- At least 2 years of experience selling into DTC or ecommerce brands.
- Experience closing full-cycle deals for platform, software, performance, adtech, or media products.
- Deep fluency in DTC economics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tech stacks including Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta, and Google.
- Ability to build trust and add value to CMOs or VPs of Growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building own playbooks.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Build own pipeline through outbound, agency partners, events, and network.
- Run discovery and demos while building ROI cases based on incremental revenue.
- Manage and close high-velocity deals with VPs of Growth, ecommerce leads, or founders.
- Carry and hit a GMV-based quota.
- Sell the full product line including targeting and cashback solutions.
- Support onboarding and identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain clean pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot.
- Contribute product feedback based on customer needs.
- Refine GTM strategy for new verticals and use cases.
