Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
  • Experience with sales cycles under 2–3 months
  • Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+)
  • Track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot
  • Comfort with data and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative intro calls (inbound) with parents and students
  • Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first touch through enrollment
  • Follow up strategically and consistently to stay connected with prospects
  • Experiment and innovate new scripts and messaging
  • Close deals across a range of programs and services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, counseling, and finance teams
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle
  • Forecast enrollments accurately by managing deal stages
  • Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students
