Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Experience with sales cycles under 2–3 months
- Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+)
- Track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills with empathy and professionalism
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot
- Comfort with data and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls (inbound) with parents and students
- Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first touch through enrollment
- Follow up strategically and consistently to stay connected with prospects
- Experiment and innovate new scripts and messaging
- Close deals across a range of programs and services
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, counseling, and finance teams
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle
- Forecast enrollments accurately by managing deal stages
- Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students
