Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of new business development.
- At least 1+ year of experience selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services.
- 3+ years of experience selling into industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, construction/AEC, or financial services.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, and qualification skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational workflows in target industries.
- Ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities across manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and financial services industries.
- Qualify and convert inbound leads using a consultative, value-based sales approach focused on customer needs and outcomes.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, ensuring alignment at every stage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners within target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers to design tailored custom software solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates using HubSpot or similar tools.
- Stay informed on low-code platforms, AI technologies, and industry trends to strengthen sales positioning and credibility.
- Partner with sales leadership to contribute to strategy development and execution of growth initiatives.
- Ensure disciplined sales execution through consistent follow-up, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity management.
- Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by sales leadership.
