Requirements

  • 3+ years of 360° SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven experience selling into Life Sciences organizations, ideally within pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with senior-level buyers.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold outreach, pipeline generation, and account development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, value-driven solutions.
  • Experience in innovation, IP, or data/analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a full territory strategy, driving net-new business and revenue growth across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations.
  • Manage complex, end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity, strategic targeting, and multi-channel engagement with senior decision-makers.
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, innovation, IP, and commercial teams to identify business needs and align solutions to strategic outcomes.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management, and consistent achievement of revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and account management to refine messaging and expand customer value.
  • Develop deep domain expertise in Life Sciences, innovation intelligence, and AI-driven R&D workflows to position solutions effectively.
