Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive People Operations experience.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup (scaled 150-350 employees).
- Experience managing a distributed or offshore operations team.
- Strong understanding of multi-state employment compliance.
- Expertise in operational risk management.
- Experience partnering with external vendors for payroll, benefits, and immigration.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
Responsibilities
- Manage a distributed offshore People Operations team and provide coaching.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, tax withholding, and reporting.
- Manage open enrollment and the full suite of health and retirement benefits.
- Coordinate immigration filings, visa tracking, and work authorization support.
- Drive HRIS data integrity, automation, and HR self-service tools.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and lead payroll and documentation audits.
- Manage EOR partnerships and global workforce operations.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding execution.
