Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM systems, or sales operations with strong ownership of Salesforce environments.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, migrations, and system optimization initiatives at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Conga, or DealHub.
  • Strong understanding of deal desk operations, pricing governance, contract workflows, and revenue execution processes.
  • Experience managing technical teams such as Salesforce Administrators or Developers.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
  • Proven project management experience, including running structured sprints or agile-style delivery cycles.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical and commercial requirements across executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS, high-growth, or PE-backed environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end GTM technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring Salesforce and connected systems support scalable, reliable, and high-performing revenue operations.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce and CPQ systems by directing technical teams and ensuring high-quality execution of configuration, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Manage and continuously improve the broader GTM tech stack, including revenue intelligence, data enrichment, and sales engagement tools, ensuring seamless system interoperability.
  • Oversee deal desk and deal operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and commercially sound pricing, discounting, and contract approval processes.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for revenue workflows, reporting standards, and lead-to-cash process optimization.
  • Lead RevOps sprint planning and execution, managing backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and GTM performance to support strategic decision-making.
