Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with demonstrated academic achievement
- 2–5 years of revenue cycle management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience working with Epic or similar healthcare systems
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and healthcare financial workflows
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage change and support teams through process transitions
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and complex workflows
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with Access, SQL, or similar tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for operational and reporting needs
- Lead day-to-day team management, task prioritization, and performance alignment across revenue cycle workflows
- Develop and execute process improvement strategies, including pilot initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Set team goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of operational and client-related issues
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure accuracy of audits, reporting, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations
- Manage client relationships and support effective communication across all levels of engagement
- Utilize revenue cycle systems and client platforms to manage data, workflows, and reporting activities
- Support cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery and operational consistency
