🔍 Mortgage Sales

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a mortgage sales role focused on acquiring purchase business from agent relationships.
  • At least 1+ years of direct sales management experience in the mortgage industry
  • Strong Purchase experience required with an understanding of Conventional, VA, and FHA loans.
  • Track record of success in quota driven roles.
  • Strong coaching skills to bring the best out of your team to drive success.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with good business judgment and maturity, diplomacy, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work based on business and operational needs.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients, as well as talk to real estate agents, processors, closers, sales leaders, and more.
  • Develop a high performing sales culture through coaching, call listening, pipeline reviews, and holding your team accountable
  • Clearly communicate metrics, actionable insights, and progress on a regular cadence to develop your agents and improve their performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to influence strategy, analyze results, identify areas of opportunity, and improve systems.
  • Communicate diligently with the rest of the Orchard team to ensure the highest level of service to all clients from initial contact through contract to close.
