Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Business/Sales/Revenue Operations.
  • Experience designing and maintaining lead-to-cash workflows including routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management.
  • Owned and optimized top of funnel operations, including lead management, attribution, campaign tracking, and funnel conversion.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and JIRA.
  • Experience working with large data sets, enterprise reporting, and dashboards.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode, and Looker.

Responsibilities

  • Design, scale, and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Partnership, Marketing, and Product.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive growth motions, optimize funnel performance, and improve efficiency.
  • Create and implement reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Improve lead routing, scoring, and SLA workflows.
  • Standardize campaign tracking and attribution processes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring coordination across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap prioritization.
