Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of progressive, relevant experience in population health, healthcare analytics, or performance improvement.
- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to perform investigative data analysis (segmentation, stratification, cohort analysis).
- Experience leading programs or projects, including setting direction and building consensus.
- Mastery of executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated alignment with equity-centered, community-informed approaches.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex datasets and high-impact population health analytics.
- Lead cross-functional projects that embed population health measures into operations.
- Drive performance improvement cycles using analytics, value stream mapping, and project management.
- Execute the Population Health Impact Performance Improvement Vision & Roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end program management for Population Health Impact initiatives.
- Transform complex findings into actionable insights for executives and field teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Partner with field teams to identify market and practice opportunities.
