Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, investment research, or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing complex products with many moving parts.
- Ability to make difficult trade-off decisions and sequence development.
- Strong communication and team-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with Notion and Linear.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business (MBA or CFA designation preferred).
- Data fluency (SQL, LLMs) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from analysis through launch.
- Define data requirements and structure data to support multiple financial workflows.
- Translate complex analytical needs into robust data architectures.
- Partner with platform teams (Web, Excel, and AI) to ensure seamless data delivery.
- Work with domain experts to validate product hypotheses and prioritize initiatives.
- Analyze competitive content and market trends to evolve product vision.
- Gather and document actionable customer feedback.
- Communicate complex ideas to cross-functional stakeholders to gain alignment.
