Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience standing up or scaling a TPM function in a high-growth software company.
- Experience managing a team of senior IC TPMs.
- Strong technical fluency to evaluate architecture and dependencies.
- Experience building cross-functional interfaces between engineering and field teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Linear or Jira at scale.
- Strong written and asynchronous communication skills.
- High judgment and ability to influence without positional authority.
Responsibilities
- Stand up the TPM function at Supabase.
- Define the operating model, engagement model, and standards for the TPM role.
- Manage and grow the team of senior IC TPMs.
- Own cross-functional interfaces between EPD and downstream departments.
- Author the company standard for project management in Linear.
- Hold the line on team accountability for delivery.
- Own the dependency graph and launch readiness for major cross-functional programs.
- Operate the program-level rollup infrastructure.
