Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or organizational change leadership roles
  • Proven track record leading change management across large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
  • Experience operating at a portfolio level across multiple concurrent transformation programs
  • Strong ability to design scalable change management frameworks, operating models, and governance structures
  • Expertise in managing cumulative or overlapping organizational change impacts
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience embedding change management into planning, delivery, and governance processes
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
  • Experience developing enablement materials, toolkits, and sustainable change practices
  • Strong analytical and organizational thinking, with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable plans

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level change management initiatives across cross-functional transformation programs and portfolios
  • Define and operationalize a scalable, portfolio-wide change management strategy focused on cumulative organizational impact
  • Design mechanisms to identify, assess, and manage change signals across concurrent initiatives
  • Integrate change management practices into planning, governance, prioritization, and delivery workflows
  • Establish operating models that improve visibility into readiness, sequencing, adoption risk, and capacity impacts
  • Enable Technical Program Managers and delivery leaders to embed change impact analysis into execution practices
  • Develop toolkits, frameworks, and sustainable enablement resources for enterprise-wide adoption
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across executive leadership, product, engineering, and partner organizations
  • Coach program and delivery leaders on change readiness, communication planning, and organizational impact assessment
  • Create escalation and engagement models to address high-impact or high-risk change areas
