Requirements
- Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g., biostatistics, epidemiology, bioinformatics, health services research, statistics, computer science, or data science).
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of federal data access processes, including DUAs, privacy compliance, and research oversight workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex operational programs involving federal data, research users, or secure data environments.
- Experience leading teams performing technical user support, training, workflow operations, or documentation development.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with researchers, federal staff, and technical teams.
- Ability to manage complex schedules, metrics, deliverables, and risks.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional groups and managing high‑volume workflow operations.
- Experience with CMS data.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust or higher.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end‑to‑end management of Data Use Agreement (DUA) workflows.
- Oversee the Privacy Board process and meeting coordination.
- Lead user support activities and technical assistance material development.
- Manage analytic output and disclosure review operations.
- Direct development and maintenance of marketing and dissemination plans.
- Oversee requirements tracking for workflows, tools, and dashboards.
- Lead study closeout and transfer processes.
- Manage communications and public‑facing website operations.
- Guide program assessment activities and performance reporting.
- Provide supervisory oversight for team members and subcontractors.
