Requirements
- 7+ years of project management, client onboarding, or implementation leadership experience within FinTech, payments, or financial services.
- Direct hands-on experience implementing card programs, payment programs, or banking products for enterprise clients.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-party implementations involving banks, processors, networks, and enterprise client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated people management experience.
- Working knowledge of the Canadian prepaid card ecosystem (BIN sponsorship, FINTRAC, PCMLTFR, network rules).
- Strong understanding of card program operational configuration (fees, limits, KYC, transaction controls, dispute flows).
- Technical fluency in API-based integrations and payment rails.
- Expert-level command of project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Exceptional executive communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the health and delivery of all active client implementations.
- Own the Time-to-Revenue (TTR) metric across the implementation portfolio.
- Lead and develop a team of Implementation Managers and Project Managers.
- Oversee the configuration of card programs on Berkeley's platform.
- Own the relationship with issuing bank counterparts.
- Coordinate processor configuration and certification.
- Serve as the senior Berkeley point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Enforce Berkeley's RACI framework and governance models.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams.
- Operate as the operational owner of post-launch program changes.
