Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management or program delivery roles within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong governance and delivery discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools, and enterprise IT delivery frameworks.
  • Experience working with vendors, procurement processes, and cross-functional IT/business teams.
  • Ability to develop detailed project documentation including charters, plans, requirements, and executive reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and risk management capabilities.
  • Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments is an asset.
  • Familiarity with service desk transformation, digital workplace tools, or infrastructure optimization initiatives is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and objectives are achieved.
  • Develop project charters, business cases, and detailed project plans aligned with enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and delivery of project milestones.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, issue tracking, and escalation processes across all assigned initiatives.
  • Support service desk automation enhancements, boardroom-as-a-service expansion, and AVD usage optimization initiatives.
  • Facilitate procurement activities, vendor onboarding, and contract coordination where applicable.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, policies, and IT standards while documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and policy implications, providing recommendations and mitigation strategies.
  • Support transition planning and change management activities to enable smooth operational handover.
