Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of direct project management experience.
- Proven experience managing complex and global trials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
- In-depth experience in pharmaceutical and/or device research.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant SOPs.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point-of-contact and primary escalation point to the client.
- Coordinate and oversee all functional services including external vendors to established timeline and budget.
- Manage study budget and project profitability, ensuring compliance with billing and forecasting.
- Develop robust project plans, timelines, and proactive risk management/mitigation strategies.
- Ensure Quality management including eTMF inspection readiness and CAPA plan implementation.
- Maintain integrated collaboration with clinical operations in program delivery.
- Establish tracking metrics to monitor trial and team progress.
- Prepare project status updates and report on KPIs to clients and management.
- Lead internal and client meetings, including Bid Defenses.
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews for functional team members.
